Corporate transparency is part of our company's corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. It is a voluntary act through which we aim to contribute to an informed society, generating trust in the environment by accounting for our relationship with the public administration.
The company was established in 2015. The Suite Los Calderones hotel is located just 700 meters from the stunning Maspalomas Dunes, a protected natural reserve in Gran Canaria.

2. Company Organizational Chart
The individuals who form the administration are responsible for the company's economic, legal, accounting, administrative, and functional tasks, as well as the management and representation of the company, according to the provisions and directives of its approved Statutes.
3. Annual Accounts and Audit Report
It is worth mentioning that the company is not required to audit its accounts as it does not meet the requirements outlined in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of July 2, which approves the consolidated text of the Corporate Law in its Article 257, stating that companies required to audit are those that meet two of the following three requirements for two or more consecutive years:
- When the net turnover exceeds 5,700,000€
- When total assets exceed 2,850,000€
- When the average number of employees exceeds 50.
